• Networking – NOIA provides extraordinary and exclusive opportunities for professional growth. Our members represent all career fields and are involved in various causes and professional boards. We highlight members’ professions and experiences through series of professional talks and presentations.

• Social and educational activities – NOIA fosters connections and friendship amongst fellow members by planning fun and diverse experiences. Our educational events feature information on Italian regions, travel and citizenship, as well as local history and historical impacts. Event locations often include new spots in the Cleveland area or highlight venues of our members and their businesses. We always have upcoming events and welcome prospective members to attend!

• Cultural preservation – NOIA is committed to perpetuating Italian heritage by offering a chance to learn the Italian language and partake in Italian traditions. Most of our social and educational activities center around Italian customs and values. We enjoy time with family, Italian food, wine, and bocce, to name a few! Additionally, NOIA members receive a a print and electronic subscription to La Gazzetta Italiana, a monthly publication that celebrates Italian heritage, focuses on the contributions of Italian Americans typically overlooked by major newspapers and magazines, and shares recent local and international news and upcoming social events.​

• Philanthropic endeavors – Foundation funding gives back to the community in multiple ways. Our grants program supports local organizations that connect with our mission. Also, each year we host a charitable golf outing in which all proceeds raised benefit a local charity. Additionally, we offer scholarships to students of Italian heritage attending Catholic high schools in Northern Ohio. Lastly, we seek to provide our members with ample volunteer opportunities within the area. We are proud of our contributions to our community and remain dedicated to regional success!
